A.N.C.E.I. - Formazione e Ricerca is our partner in the field of mobility for staff from kindergarten since 7 years.

They work in the field of social and educational services: Nursery Assistant - day nanny; Management of childcare and early childhood services; Tools for the administration of social services.

In Italy, unlike other countries, especially in the European area, the education system has been expressed for decades by setting a rigid, hierarchical, pyramidal, prescriptive system. Only from the 90’s onwards, partly as a result of deep social changes, the influence of the European Community and the beginning of a post-modern process of de-industrialization and with the overcoming of the concept of work in Tayloristic terms, the education system has gradually started focusing on developing useful activities, on work, and on the approach to laboratory experiences.

Their work is encouraged by the following certainty, which is our reference point and reason for working hard towards our goals: to give centrality to culture and training, contributing to the development of a successful, functional and efficient education and training system, able to guide young people towards appropriate choices regarding their career both in terms of study and training and in terms of work and useful activities. With their work they want to help the education system in its efforts to make the individual feel that he is the real focus of the system and to support the individual to become the real protagonist of his own choices, of his training, of his life and work experiences, therefore giving him the right tools to plan, make projects and build his own future. In this perspective, counseling assumes a central role not only because of its informative function but also under educational aspects; in fact it gives individuals the ability to make choices under the scenarios that characterize the changing reality in which we operate: counseling is central to fighting early school leaving and course failing. This department, in cooperation with universities and other organizations of the education system, develops educational courses and upgrading training for school staff, in particular:

- Professional training related to wellness;
- Hotel and Catering Industry;
- Energy sources and Environment;
- Health and social services;
- Human Resources;
- Communication and marketing;
- Planning;
- Specialized courses and higher education;
- Counseling and assistance for headmasters;
- Regional accreditation for the school to access regional training;
- Planning in response to European, national, regional and provincial competitions;
- Certification for quality;
- Guidance and training related to safety measures;
- Guidance and training related to privacy;

The counseling services, the training/upgrading courses are also offered in e-learning and upon request they can take place at school or at the school headquarters. This department cooperates with many schools in activities regarding the planning, research and study in a European, national, regional, local dimension. The recipients of these activities are the students and the school as a whole. The planning projects are especially directed to the following areas:

- Health education;
- Education for active citizenship and living in a civil society;
- Innovation and technology transfer;
- Environmental Education;
- Nutrition Education;
- School Absenteeism Recovery;
- Learning Disorders Recovery;
- Inter-culture;
- Disability and Social distress.

A.N.C.E.I. is a member of several Technical Scientific Committees of secondary schools. It has signed an agreement with M.I.U.R

A.N.C.E.I. has several social enterprises and schools. They are working for an inclusive society. A.N.C.E.I. looks to the collaboration in the European dimension as an opportunity and a task, without rejecting the defense of all cultural and local diversities that allow the identification of specific contexts and their distinction from the others. The engagement is to act through the training, in order to develop an awareness on national identity of citizens in a European dimension and spreading out the knowledge of European institutions and of study and job opportunities that they offer to citizens.
